Orders under $75 are subject to a S/H charge of $5.00.* Bulk items are subject to additional shipping charges.

Returns & Replacements
To arrange for a return please contact our return department at 888-225-3594. Return products must be authorized by HeightsDeals.com and insured to prevent loss or damage. We must provide you with a return authorization number for all items you wish to return. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
 
You can return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, or the merchandise is damaged, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

A return must meet the following criteria:

* All products must be returned in their original container or package, in clean and resalable condition.
* All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice with a description of the problem or error.
* Items (including expired items) that are not returnable to the manufacturer are not returnable.
* Special order items (example: certain small equipment or products that we ordinarily do not stock) are not returnable.
* Shortages or any error in the shipment must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date in order to receive a credit.

We only process orders during our business hours which are Monday to Thursday 10:00AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 10:00AM to 2:00PM Eastern Time.
All orders take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship. If you need your order sooner please contact us for rush Processing and delivery options (not all products can be rushed).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment by Paypal (Paypal Confirmed addresses only, any other address most be approved before ordering), Google Checkout, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express (your shipping address must be approved with Amex), Discover.

All credit card orders must be shipped to the address on file with the card issuer. If you don't have your address on file with your credit card please call them and add that address to your account.

All orders over $150 are subject to our fraud prevention verification process; we may ask for proof of name and address. All orders outside the USA, please contact us for payment information.

Viewing Orders
You can view your order by either logging in to your account at HeightsDeals.com login page. If you paid via Paypal or Google checkout, you can log in to your account there and see updated information on the status of your order.
Updating Account Information
To serve you best, please keep all your account information. To update your account go to HeightsDeals.com login page and log in to update your information. If you have already ordered but don't have an online account with us, please sign up for an account. Email us and we will link the account to your order.
 
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled by email. Please call our customer service department at 888-225-3594 to cancel an existing order.

*The Free Shipping Promotion and $5.00 flat rate only applies to UPS Ground delivery which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Post Office boxes as well as APO and FPO boxes and does not apply to oversized or overweight items.
